This is a service for people of all ages. The gathering is family oriented and has a kids’ programme that runs during school term. The service runs for around an hour and a quarter, with a relaxed feel and contemporary songs.
This service is identical to our 9am service. Many of the families who attend 10.45am have upper primary aged kids. There are also many Mandarin speakers at our 10.45am service. We therefore provide a live translation of the Bible reading and sermon into Mandarin during school term time.
Our 5pm service is specifically designed for families who have high school aged children, though of course everyone is welcome. To serve high school aged families, we have a designated programme for youth (school years 5 to year 12) that runs concurrently with this service. Most of these youth will then stay around after their programme for our 6.45pm Chapel Lane service.
Chapel Lane (6.45pm)
Chapel Lane is our final Sunday service for the day. It’s a relaxed service with a focus on youth and young adults, but there’s also a great mix of workers (of all ages) who love to call Chapel Lane their home.
Norwest Anglican takes seriously the protection and care of all our children. Therefore we are committed to following the policies and standards of the Anglican Church Diocese of Sydney. For more information click here.
